博士就读期间,参与钱旭红院士主持的973科研项目(国家重点基础研究发展计划),相关研究成果发表在美国化学学会收录期刊等国际著名权威期刊上,并获国家授权专利。为拓展学术视野,之后进入上海大学系统生物技术研究所从事生化方向的博士后研究工作。

 

2011年加入领科上海校区后,先后从事化学教学、班主任、年级长、STEAM项目负责人、牛剑升导事务等。在十二年的化学教学中,多维度培养学生学科素养与创新思维,帮助了许多学生成功申请到了梦校的化学相关专业如牛津化学、剑桥化工、芝加哥化工等;在落实STEAM项目的开展中,注重学生科学与技术的综合素养提升,不仅助力学生在VEX世锦赛等比赛中获冠军,也让学生在工程等专业的申请上展现优势;在多年班主任与年级长工作岗位上,探索全人教育的实践。长年一线教育教学,深深体会与秉承“润物细无声”的教育理念。

 

While pursuing her doctorate, Linda took part in the 973 scientific research project National Key Basic Research Development Plan) hosted by Academician Xuhong Qian and the pertinent research achievements were published in the American Chemical Society's journals and other renowned international journals. Meanwhile a national patent was awarded for these research results. She later started biochemistry working as a postdoctoral researcher in Systematic Biotechnology Institute of Shanghai University to broaden my academic horizons.

 

Linda had worked in chemistry teaching, form tutors, year leader, STEAM project leader, and Oxbridge promotion affairs since joining Ulink college of Shanghai in 2011. The multi-faceted development of students' disciplinary qualities and creative thinking over the past 12 years of teaching chemistry has aided numerous students in successfully applying for chemistry-related majors of their dream universities, such as Oxford University chemistry\ Cambridge University chemical engineering\University of Chicago chemical engineering ; Focusing on enhancing students' comprehensive ability of science and technology during the implementation of STEAM projects so that students could benefit from it when participating VEX championship and applying for engineering and other majors, etc. She explored holistic education in my many years’ work as a form tutor and year leader. Years of front-line education and teaching made her deeply understand and uphold the educational concept of "moistening everything silently".
