大家好，我是凯凯，2011年毕业于扬州大学农学系，出于对足球的痴迷，跨专业转行至青少年运动培训领域已有11年之久，曾就职于上海、北京大型青少年体育俱乐部，担任教学和管理工作，教授对象包含幼儿园中外籍学生至成人。擅长搭建管理中外籍教学团队，研发课程，曾将足球运动普及、精英培训深入至上海各区近百所学校，覆盖幼儿园至大学全学龄段数万学生，同期参与国家级、省市级足球教师（教练员）培训项目，累计培训超千人。

在我的课上我倾向于通过提问的方式来逐步激发学生思考而不是直接灌输知识点，同时我鼓励孩子积极探索尝试，在自身水平之上挑战自我，在课程设置上我坚持确保学生们的参与度达到最大化。

Hi, this is Kaikai. I graduated from Yangzhou University agricultural science. Due to the endless love of football, I have devoted myself to youth training for 10 years. And I had been working in large youth sports clubs in Beijing and Shanghai as coach and program manager, coaching both Chinese and expat students even adult. I’m good at curriculum development and international team building, which deeply developed football PE and elite training in about 100 schools in Shanghai, covering all the age groups from kindergarten to university. There are more than 10,000 students who have benefited from the programs. Meanwhile, I have also participated in provincial and municipal and national level football teacher/coach education, trained more than 1,000 candidates in total.

I prefer to use questions to inspire students to think instead of inputting the info to them during my class, step by step. And I encourage the kids to explore, to challenge themselves at their own level, I also insist organizing the drills and exercises to make sure maximum participation for the students.
